Email - Unsubscribe or Opt Out From Receiving Email Notifications From All Everbridge Organizations.

Description

To unsubscribe or opt out of receiving email notifications from all Everbridge organizations to which you subscribe, you have the following options:

1. Use the unsubscribe link in any Everbridge email

   • Open any Everbridge notification email you received.

   • Scroll to the bottom of the email and click the "Click Here to unsubscribe!" (or similar) link.

   • On the unsubscribe page, complete the "I'm not a robot" check (if prompted), then click "Yes, Unsubscribe" to confirm.

   • Follow the steps in knowledge article EBS: Email - Unsubscribe, Opt Out, Remove, Stop From Receiving Everbridge Email Notifications to remove or change your email subscriptions for each organization individually.

2. Delete your Everbridge member account (if you have one)

   • Sign in to the Everbridge member portal.

   • Go to My Profile.

   • Click the Delete My Account button.

   • Deleting your account opts you out of notifications from all Everbridge organizations associated with that account.

3. Contact an administrator or the sending organization

   • If you cannot access a member portal or do not know your username, try the organization's Forgot Username or Forgot Password link using the email address that receives alerts.

   • If you still cannot sign in, contact the organization that is sending the notifications and request that your email address be unsubscribed or your contact record removed from all notifications.

   • If you contact Everbridge Support directly, they cannot remove your data themselves but can work with the organization's account manager to request removal on your behalf.
