Voice - Allow Contacts to Unsubscribe or Opt-Out From Receiving Everbridge Voice Notifications.

Description

The ability for contacts to unsubscribe/opt-out of receiving Everbridge voice notifications is controlled by an organization setting. By default this setting is not enabled. To allow contacts to unsubscribe/opt-out of receiving Everbridge voice notifications, this setting needs to be enabled by an account or organization administrator. Once enabled, contacts can unsubscribe/opt-out of receiving phone calls via a prompt at the end of a voice message.

To enable this setting follow the steps below: 

  1. Log into the Everbridge Manager Portal and select your organization
  2. Select Settings > Organization > Notifications > Delivery Methods
  3. Under Allow unsubscribe from toggle Phone
