Voice - Prevent Contacts From Unsubscribing or Opting Out of Receiving Everbridge Voice Notifications.

Description

The ability for contacts to unsubscribe or opt out of receiving Everbridge voice notifications is controlled by an organization setting. By default this setting is not enabled. To prevent contacts from unsubscribing or opting out of voice notifications leave this setting disabled. 

This setting can be disabled by following the steps below:

1. Log into the Everbridge Manager Portal and select your organization
2. Select Settings > Organization > Notifications > Delivery Methods
3. Under Allow unsubscribe from un-toggle Phone
