Problem

When logging in to the Everbridge Manager Portal, Visual Command Center (VCC), or any service ending with *.everbridge.net, the following error occurs:

Your account has been locked. Contact your administrator or unlock your account.

Root Cause

This response is the result of five or more incorrect password submissions.

Solution

If you know the answer to you security question, please follow the unlock your account process; otherwise, please contact your account or organization administrator to unlock your account for you. For more information, see EBS: How to Unlock Your Everbridge User Account.
