How to escalate an existing support request in the Everbridge Support Center.


The Everbridge Support Center provides the ability to escalate your open support requests. Please note this only works for requests that do not have a closed status.

To escalate one of your requests, follow the steps in Support Center: How to Manage an Existing Request in the Everbridge Support Center to access your open request. Once accessed, use the blue Escalate This Request button to escalate your request.
