How can a user change their time zone setting in Everbridge Suite?
Answer
- Log in to the Everbridge Manager Portal 
- Click on the profile icon 
- Select My Account > My Profile 
- Select the appropriate time zone from the Time Zone drop-down menu 
Note: When selecting a Time Zone, be sure to select the correct Daylight or Standard Time to avoid notifications being sent an hour off schedule. For example, EDT for Eastern Daylight Time and EST for Eastern Standard Time
- Click Update 
Important: Incorrect time zone settings can cause scheduled incidents to trigger at the wrong time or fail to alert entirely. Ensuring your profile is set to the correct time zone allows the system to automatically adjust for daylight savings time changes. If your scheduled incidents are not going off at the correct time, verify your time zone settings first.
