How can a user change their time zone setting in Everbridge Suite?
Answer
Log in to the Everbridge Manager Portal
Click on the profile icon
Select My Account > My Profile
Select the appropriate time zone from the Time Zone drop-down menu
Note: When selecting a Time Zone, be sure to select the correct Daylight or Standard Time to avoid notifications being sent an hour off schedule. For example, EDT for Eastern Daylight Time and EST for Eastern Standard Time
Click Update
