Description:

This article lists the languages supported by Everbridge for features in the Everbridge Suite member portal.

Please note: Google Translate is another option for language translation. If you do not find your language in the list of supported languages below, please try Google Translate which has support for languages not included on this list.

Categories & Description
Site Language The language that is displayed for users when navigating through the web or application.
Notification Language The outbound language in which the notification is sent out. This applies to Recipient Voice/Text prompts.
TTS If Text to Speech (TTS) is used, the Everbridge platform will use the selected notification language to pronounce the text when delivering voice messages.
Record by Phone The language a user will receive instructions to record their message for sending Voice messages.
Google Auto Translate The language a user will be able to translate to while composing an Incident Communication scenario.
Inbound Voice Confirmation The language a recipient will hear when calling back to confirm a message.
Launch Notification by Phone The language a user will hear when given prompts to Launch a Notification by Phone. (Only available in English)
Audio Bulletin Board The language a recipient will hear when calling into the application to retrieve their past messages. (Only available in English)
PABB Phone Manager The language a user will hear when given prompts to post via the Premium Audio Bulletin Board (PABB) Phone Manager. (Only available in English)
Notes
  • Manager Portal (manager.everbridge.net & manager.everbridge.eu) is the User Interface that delivers these products (Mass Notification, Safety Connection, IT Alerting, Crisis Management and CEM.)
  • Member Portal may also use Google Translate for their Site Language, which consists of 115 languages.

  • For a Polling type of Notification, only the languages supported for TTS are supported as the Notification Languages. For example, Bengali is not supported for TTS, hence, it cannot be used as a Notification Language in a Polling type of Notification.
