What's New in Mass Notification Platform

Increased Character Limit for Textarea Variable Type

The maximum character limit for the Textarea variable type has been raised to 50,000 characters, providing more space to include critical details when they're needed most.

This enhancement is available at no additional cost to all Incident Communication customers.

What's New in Travel Protector
Country and City Risk Level Change Logs

Users can now see when a city or country's current and custom Risk Levels were last changed and by whom. This information can also be downloaded as a CSV file for optimal recordkeeping.

Travel Protector

Travel Risk Intelligence Pre-Trip Advisory The Risk Level rating and label are now available in the pre-trip advisory message sent to the traveler. Helps travelers fully understand the Risk Level of the country they are traveling to.

Travel Risk Intelligence Country and City Report Logs The maximum character count for Country and City report custom content is now 1,000,000 characters. Travel Managers and Security Officers are no longer limited by the number of characters for their custom Country and City reports.

API

Event Logs

API Policy Changes made to the API Policy Security Setting are now logged. Administrators can see the changes made to the API policy in their account over time.
Mass Notification Event Logs Groups Event Log now captures if a contact was removed from or added to a group via the Manager Portal or REST API. Administrators can see when contacts were added or removed from their groups when the change is made via the Manager Portal or REST API.
Mass Notification Event Logs Groups Event Log now notates when a group is added to an Organization via either the Manager Portal or REST API. Administrators can see when a group was added to their Organization(s) via the Manager Portal or REST API.
Mass Notification Event Logs Contact Uploads Event Log now shows when a contact record is added via upload, Manager Portal, or REST API. Administrators can see when and how contacts were added to their Organization.
Mass Notification Event Logs Contact Uploads Event Log now shows when a contact record is modified via the Manager Portal or REST API. Administrators can see when contacts are modified via the Manager Portal or REST API.
Mass Notification Event Logs Rules Event Log now shows when a rule is added via the Manager Portal or REST API. Administrators can see when rules were added to their Organization(s) via the Manager Portal or REST API.
