Problem:

• You are unable to enroll in an Everbridge University Certification Exam. The Enroll option is greyed out.
• You are attempting to access an Everbridge University Certification Exam and receive the error,
  • • • "We're so sorry! We could not locate this course.  If you believe you should have access to this course, please contact your system administrator."

Root Cause:

Enrollment in the applicable curriculum is a prerequisite to access the exams. 

Solution:

Enroll in the applicable curriculum. Once enrolled in the applicable curriculum, the Enroll button will no longer be greyed out.
