How often are Dynamic Contact locations updated on the Visual Command Center (VCC) map, i.e., how often does VCC refresh the location of Dynamic Contacts in the VCC Operator Console?

Answer:

• Dynamic Contact locations are automatically refreshed every 5 minutes. 
• VCC Operators can force a map refresh at any time by deselecting and re-selecting Contacts. (See screenshot)
