Question

Why do some Notifications show as sent from the Geographical Information System (GIS) in Everbridge Suite?

Answer

When sending Notifications from the Universe tab, Everbridge will record that the Geographical Information System (GIS, AKA the Universe tab) was used. This appears in the Sent From field on the Notification Details page.
