Problem:

Why are learners missing from Everbridge University?

Root Cause:

This could be occurring for a couple of different reasons.

• On a monthly basis the Everbridge University Administrative team will purge inactive user profiles that have never accessed Everbridge University after a year of being added as a user in the Manager Portal.

• If a learner only has their Manager Portal login configured for Single Sign-On, the Everbridge University profile will not be auto provisioned when their Manager Portal user profile is created.

Solution:

If this is your scenario, and you need to assign training to your learners, have them access Everbridge University once. After accessing Everbridge University their user profile will be provisioned again and visible to Power Users.
