How to cancel or update IPAWS messages sent via Mass Notification or Incident Communication in Everbridge Suite.

Description:

IMPORTANT: When sending IPAWS messages via a mass notification or an incident, a warning will display to inform you that if the IPAWS message needs to be canceled or updated, it should be canceled or updated prior to stopping the notification or incident:

If you accidentally stop a notification or incident before canceling or updating the IPAWS message, please contact Everbridge Technical Support and refer to this knowledge base article.


For information on how to cancel or update IPAWS messages sent via Mass Notification or Incident Communications please download the attached file Canceling or Updating IPAWS Messages.pdf or view the same instructions via online help from the Everbridge Manager Portal as instructed below:

  1. Log in to the Everbridge Manager Portal
  2. Under HELP & SUPPORT choose Online Help from the drop-down menu
