Question:

When contacts use the SOS button in the Everbridge Mobile app, is there a way to know the physical address of their location?

Answer:

No. Tapping the SOS button in the Everbridge Mobile app only provides the city, state and zip code of where a contact is on the Universe tab map in Everbridge Suite. The approximate location is also marked with a flag icon for users to see.
