How to create notification templates in Everbridge Suite.
Users can access notification and message templates based on their role. For example, if Group Manager A creates a notification template, only other users with the Group Manager A role can access it. However, there is an exception with the Mass Notification Operator role. Create a notification template by following the steps below:
- Log in to the Manager Portal and select the appropriate organization in the upper right-hand corner.
- Click on the Notifications tab.
- Click New Notification.
- Build the notification as desired.
- Scroll down to the bottom and select the radio button next to Save as a notification template.
- Enter a Template ID.
- Click Save.
