Automated weather alert attachments' beginning and ending times use the Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) standard. As shown on the right, a weather alert notification that was sent using Pacific Standard Time (PST); below it is the advisory that was attached to the notification (with beginning and end times in UTC). |
