Topic:
How to turn on/off the Symptom Checker in the Smart Orchestration (SORCH) Scheduler.
Description:
To turn on/off the Symptom Checker in the Smart Orchestration (SORCH) Scheduler, change the condition criteria defined for the iPaas Agent that does the symptom checking from Is Not Empty to Is Empty.
Example:
In the example below, the iPaas Agent defined for symptom/wellness checking is "Return to Work - Wellness Check."
- In the Everbridge Manager Portal, go to Settings > Everbridge Open
- Click on iPaaS > API > Return to Work - Wellness Check
- Click on the pencil icon for the following agents one at a time
- Change the condition criteria defined for each agent from Is Not Empty to Is Empty. For example:
From: r2w_wellnesscheck Is Not Empty
To: r2w_wellnesscheck is Empty
To: r2w_wellnesscheck is Empty
The Smart Orchestration Scheduler sends this value when launching a Notification and if the value meets the criteria, the notification is sent. By changing the condition to Is Empty, any value sent will not NOT meet the condition and prevent the process from launching.
