Uploading a CSV file in CMDB GROUP Lookup generates the error:


Root Cause:

The column headers in the upload file are invalid.


To ensure the proper file headers are used, follow the steps below:

CMDB Group Lookup
  1. Log in to the Manager Portal and select the appropriate organization from the upper right-hand corner.
  2. Click on the Settings tab.
  3. Click on Contacts and Groups from the left.
  4. Click CMDB Group Lookup from the dropdown menu.
  5. Click on the Upload Button.
  6. Click Download Template.
