This knowledge article discusses how to troubleshoot page loading issue in Everbridge Suite Manager Portal when using Google Chrome as a browser. When navigating through pages in the Everbridge Suite user interface (UI) using Google Chrome as a browser, pages may not load properly. Google Chrome developer tools may be used to troubleshoot page loading issues by following these steps:
From a Google Chrome browser window where the page loading issue is occurring:
- Select the three dots icon in the top right corner
- Click More tools
- Click Developer tools
- Select the Console and/or Network tab to see logging information generated during the page load process.
