Why are there user accounts named "EB_CompanyName TechnicalSupport" or "EB_CompanyName AccountManagement" in Everbridge Suite?

Answer

In order to best assist customers, it is sometimes necessary for the Everbridge Technical Support team to access an account directly. These Technical Support and Account Management user accounts are used for helping create and run reports, providing live over-the-phone guidance, and confirming account settings.
