EBS: When Uploading Contacts or Users to Everbridge Suite via CSV File, What Time Zone Codes Are Accepted in the Time Zone Column?

Question:

When uploading contacts or users to Everbridge Suite via CSV file, what time zone codes are accepted in the Time Zone column?

Answer:

When uploading contacts or users to Everbridge Suite via CSV file, the only codes accepted are the time zones listed in the CSV file "Valid Time Zone Codes" attached to this article (see below). If any other value is used for a contact or user's time zone, Everbridge Suite will not load it.

When uploading contacts to Everbridge Suite, users' time zones are configured in Column I (see the screenshot below).
