Can I select residents or businesses while sending a notification from the ManageBridge mobile app?

Answer:

No, selecting residents or businesses is currently not supported in the ManageBridge mobile app. However, if a notification template already has residents and/or businesses selected, they will still receive the notification if it is sent from ManageBridge (see screenshots below for examples of selecting residents and businesses from a list or from the map).

To select residents and/or businesses as recipients of a notification, log onto the desktop version of the Manager Portal on a computer.
