Problem

Contacts in Egypt are not receiving SMS messages.

Root Cause

Many Egyptian cellular providers filter and block international SMS codes, which could prevent SMS notifications from being delivered. This can also prevent contacts from confirming receipt of notifications.

Solution

Everbridge recommends using multiple delivery methods to ensure that critical communications reach contacts.
