Why can't I send Notifications to residents and businesses using the SMS and Wireless delivery methods?

Answer

The SMS and Wireless delivery methods are only appropriate to use in life-safety situations, so the Imminent Threat to Life flag at the top of the Notification page must be checked to enable them.
