Why don't I see dots on the Universe map?

Note: This only applies to organizations with Resident Connection.

To improve Universe performance by reducing latency, the Universe map only shows dots for organization contacts, residents, and businesses starting at zoom level 7. You can zoom in and out using the scroll wheel on your mouse or by clicking the + or - buttons in the lower left-hand corner.
