How to upload a CSV file of groups and their mappings for CMDB Group Lookup in the Everbridge Manager Portal.

Description:

For use in your incident templates, you can add a group mapping and/or map property names and their values in the CMDB (Configuration Management Database) Group Lookup page on the ITA Dashboard. The Groups are from Contacts > Groups. There are two methods to add mappings. One is by uploading a CSV file of groups and their mappings. The other is by manually adding a group and its mapping.

To upload a CSV file of groups and their mappings in the Everbridge Manager Portal, go to Settings > Organization > Contacts and Groups > CMDB Group Lookup.

NOTE: There is no option at this time to upload the CSV file via SFTP or an API.
