Problem

When attempting to add a condition to an iPaaS agent (Settings > Everbridge Open > iPaaS > API > {Edit Agent} > New Condition), the following error appears:

There was an error getting the templates.

Root Cause

The Integration User under iPaaS settings is not both a valid user and an API user.

Solution

Verify that the Integration User under iPaaS settings (Settings > Everbridge Open > iPaaS > Settings) is both a valid user and an API user. The Integration User should be the Username of the organization user, not the Firstname/Lastname.

If your user is not an API user, refer to Enable API Access for Your User in the Everbridge Developer Portal.
