Can an Incident Operator be restricted from viewing specific Incidents after they have been launched?
Answer
There is no way to restrict an Incident Operator from viewing specific Incidents. The options to limit an Incident Operator from viewing Incidents are:
- Allow the Incident Operator to view only the Incidents launched by their Role (Incident Operator Role or a Custom Role)
- Grant permission to an Incident Operator to view all Incidents in an Organization.
