How to save a shape drawn under the Universe tab into the shape library (shape file).

Description:

To save a shape to the shape file library follow the steps below.

1. Log into the Organization and select Universe from the top menu bar.
2. Click on Selected Contacts > Draw Shapes.
3. Choose an option and draw the shape.
4. After the shape has been drawn, click anywhere on the Static/Last Known/Expected fields:

5. Toggle the checkbox next to the shape in the resulting pop-up. Note: If more than one shape has been drawn on the map, each shape will be listed and you will have the option to include or not include each individual shape into your shape file.

6. Click Save to Shape Libary.
7. Choose a name for your shape file.
8. Optionally choose a folder location.
9. Click Save.
