How to reset an expired Everbridge user password.

Description

Logging in with an expired password will automatically prompt the user to change the password with the following steps:

1. Enter the current password.

2. Enter a new password.

3. Re-enter the new password to confirm.

4. Click Continue.

IMPORTANT: Be sure to enter your username and password exactly as they are registered, as they are case-sensitive.

Administrator Password Reset

Administrators can reset passwords for users in Everbridge by following these steps:

1. Navigate to User Management.

2. Locate and access the user's profile.

3. Look for the password reset option within the user's profile.

4. Click the 'Reset Password' button or similar option.
