Topic

How to enable your contacts to confirm receipt of your messages in Everbridge Suite.

Description

Sending out messages through the Everbridge manager portal is a vital aspect of keeping your recipients informed and aware.

1. Administrator Settings

Having your recipients confirm that they've received your notification can be even more beneficial to improving your organization's messaging. And this can be done through the Confirmation Requested setting. Be aware that only specific administrator roles within your organization will be able to adjust certain notification settings.
