Problem:

Contacts are receiving the following message when dialing into a conference bridge in Everbridge Suite

The number you are trying to reach cannot be reached from your mobile phone

Root Cause:

The contact is calling a number using the 712 area code. Certain phone providers will not allow a caller to make a call to a phone number using the 712 area code.

Solution:

If contacts cannot dial into a conference bridge, they can have their phone service provider remove any blocks to the 712 area code or follow the steps below:

1. Dial 559-546-1400.
2. Enter the conference bridge number.
3. Enter the conference access code.
