If a user's profile is updated in Everbridge Suite, are their login credentials affected?

Answer

No. Updating a user's first or last name, middle initial, suffix, or email address will not affect their login credentials.

Similarly, updating users' User Principal Names (UPNs) and primary SMTP email addresses to a new domain does not, by itself, change their Everbridge login credentials or remove their access. Everbridge supports case-insensitive SSO User IDs, which helps reduce login failures during these transitions.
