How to track when Contacts make changes to their profile in the Member Portal.

Contacts Saving Profile

Follow the steps below to find the contacts who have made changes to their profile:

  1. Log in to the Manager Portal and select the desired organization from the upper right-hand corner.
  2. Click on the Contacts tab from the top of the page.
  3. Click on the Advanced search link from the far right.
  4. From the Select Field dropdown menu, select Last Modified By.
  5. From the Condition dropdown menu, select is equal to.
  6. In the Value text box, enter Member Portal.
  7. Click Search.
