Note: User registration in Everbridge Suite must be initiated and approved by an internal Account Administrator (or equivalent internal admin role). The Account Administrator verifies the employee against the organization's internal employee database and then sends the registration email from Everbridge Suite. Everbridge Technical Support cannot verify employment or send registration links because they do not have access to your internal employee records.
If registration for a newly hired staff member is delayed or you have not received a registration email, contact your internal Account Administrator(s) or the internal team responsible for user provisioning. They are the only ones who can validate records and send or resend registration emails. Everbridge Support can coordinate with your Account Administrators if needed, but cannot approve or complete registrations.
