Shapes can be used to collect contact data within an area. To download a CSV file containing the contacts within a shape, follow the steps below:

1. Log in to the Manager Portal and select the appropriate organization from the upper right-hand corner.
2. Click on the Universe tab from the top of the page.
3. From the Select Contacts dropdown menu, click Draw shapes.
4. Draw the desired shape(s).
5. Select the You've selected x contact(s) link, where "x" will be the number of contacts selected in shapes drawn.
6. Click Download Contacts.
