How to create Alert Subscriptions in the Everbridge Suite Member Portal.

Description

  1. Log in to the Everbridge Manager Portal and select your Organization
  2. Select Settings > Organization > Contacts/Assets > Alert Subscriptions
  3. Select + Add to add a new Subscription

  1. Proceed to fill in the Category and Subscription
    1. Select + Add Subscription to add additional Subscriptions
    2. Select + Add Item to add a Sub-Subscription to a Subscription.  (Note: you must add at least one Sub-Subscription (+ Add Item) to every Subscription).
    3. Click Save.

  • This is not helpful to those of us who wish to subscribe to multiple alert sources from a single account. The Everbridge & Publuc Safety apps require us to create a new account for each subscription we want which is ridiculous!!! When we try to add a subscription, we are directed to sign up for a new account or log in to our account. When we put in our login credentials, it says the account already exists - yeah, duh! And we are trying to add a subscription to that account!!! Please fix!!!
