EBS: After Making Changes to iPaaS and Pressing Save, Nothing Happens and the Changes Are Not Saved
After making changes to iPaaS and pressing Save, nothing happens and the changes are not saved.
This issue occurs if you are logged in with a user who does not have access to the API.
If you have a user with API access, use that user. If you do not have an alternative user with API access, please contact your Account Manager to get approval for API access. The Account Manager will reach out to Everbridge Technical Support to have them grant API access to your user.
