How to rename or edit the IT Alerting (ITA) processes.

Description:

Update the Process names and settings in the ITA settings by following these steps:

1. Log into the Manager Portal and select the desired organization from the upper right-hand corner.
2. Click the Settings tab.
3. Click ITA on the left. 
4. Click Processes from the drop-down menu. 
5. Edit/change the process names.
6. Select the check box for 1 to 4 processes to display on the ITA Dashboard. 
7. Change the Priority Variable and Service Variable names.
   • Click the Down Arrow to view the list of all incident variables in the organization. Then select the variables to use as the Priority or Services variables.

   • Click the “x” next to the Down Arrow to clear all the variables.

   • Select the “x” next to a variable name to remove just that variable.
8. After making any of these changes, click Save.
