How to restrict which contacts can view Everbridge calendars in the member portal.
Description:
Published calendars can have restricted viewing privileges to specific record types in the member portal.
Follow the steps below:
- Log in to the Manager Portal and select the appropriate organization from the upper right-hand corner.
- Click on the Settings tab from the top of the page.
- Click the Member Portal sub-tab.
- Click Publish Calendar from the left.
- Select the checkbox for Published Calendars and/or Personal Schedule.
- Select the radio button next to Selected record type(s).
- Click the Edit link and select the checkbox(es) next to the desired record type(s).
- Click OK.
- Click Save.
