How to restrict which contacts can view Everbridge calendars in the member portal.


Published calendars can have restricted viewing privileges to specific record types in the member portal.

Follow the steps below:

Selecting Record Types
  1. Log in to the Manager Portal and select the appropriate organization from the upper right-hand corner.
  2. Click on the Settings tab from the top of the page.
  3. Click the Member Portal sub-tab.
  4. Click Publish Calendar from the left.
  5. Select the checkbox for Published Calendars and/or Personal Schedule.
  6. Select the radio button next to Selected record type(s).
  7. Click the Edit link and select the checkbox(es) next to the desired record type(s).
  8. Click OK.
  9. Click Save.
