How to identify contacts with a specific email provider.


Finding the provider your contacts are using for their email delivery method can be helpful if your contacts are not receiving your organization's email notifications. For example, some free email providers such as Yahoo have been known to prevent email notifications from reaching contacts.

You can determine the email providers your contacts are using for their email delivery method by following the steps listed below:

  1. Log in to the Manager Portal and select the desired organization from the upper left-hand corner.
  2. Choose the Contacts tab from the top of the page.
  3. Select the Advanced search link from the right of the page.
  4. Create a search with the following attributes:
    1. Field: Delivery Method Value
    2. Condition: contains
    3. Value: <Name of the email provider>
  5. Select Search to display the contacts using the specified email provider.
  6. To search for a different email provider, replace the name in the Value field and Search again.
