How to enable Usage Reporting in Everbridge Suite.
Description
Usage Reporting in Everbridge Suite reports on how many credits an Account has used in its contracted period. Usage Reporting can be found at the Account level under Reports + Analytics > Usage Reporting > Usage and looks similar to the following:
Two criteria must be true in order for Usage Reporting to report any data:
- Your Account's usage metric must be Global Messaging Credits (GMC), not minutes.
- Your Account must be the only Account linked to the contract.
To enable Usage Reporting if not already enabled, contact your Account Manager to verify that your account is using GMC and that it is the only Account linked to its contract. To expedite resolution, refer to this knowledge article in your correspondence.
