Exposing the mobile push delivery method for the member portal allows contacts to register the Everbridge mobile app as a way to be contacted by the organization.

1. Log in to the Manager Portal and select the appropriate account from the upper left-hand corner.
2. Click Member Portal.
3. Click Information Collection.
4. Click Delivery Methods.
5. Click the checkbox under Expose for the Mobile Push delivery method.

NOTE: The Mobile Push delivery method might be named differently in the organization.

To find out the name of the Mobile Push delivery method, follow these steps:

1. Click Settings.
2. Click the Organization sub-tab.
3. Click on the Notifications drop-down.
4. Click Delivery Methods.
5. Find the Mobile Push Alert code and match it to its Prompt.
