How to expose the mobile push delivery method in the member portal
Description:
Exposing the mobile push delivery method for the member portal allows contacts to register the Everbridge mobile app as a way to be contacted by the organization.
- Log in to the Manager Portal and select the appropriate account from the upper left-hand corner.
- Click Member Portal.
- Click Information Collection.
- Click Delivery Methods.
- Click the checkbox under Expose for the Mobile Push delivery method.
NOTE: The Mobile Push delivery method might be named differently in the organization.
To find out the name of the Mobile Push delivery method, follow these steps:
- Click Settings.
- Click the Organization sub-tab.
- Click on the Notifications drop-down.
- Click Delivery Methods.
- Find the Mobile Push Alert code and match it to its Prompt.
