How to configure a Voice Delivery PIN in Everbridge Suite.
Description:
A voice delivery PIN is a numeric entry that call recipients must enter when receiving a call from an organization. Enabling a voice delivery PIN for an organization provides a security layer when using voice calling.
To configure a voice delivery PIN, follow the steps below:
- Log in to the Manager Portal and select the desired organization from the upper right-hand corner.
- Click on the Settings tab at the top of the page.
- Click Notifications on the left.
- Click Default Options from the sub-menu.
- Select the checkbox next to Voice Delivery PIN and create a PIN by entering a four to ten digit number in the text field.
- Click Save.

Once the voice delivery PIN in configured, follow the steps below to enable it for a notification:
- Click on the Notifications tab at the top of the page.
- Click New Notification in the upper right-hand corner.
- Create the notification as desired.
- Scroll down to Settings and click on the Edit link.
- Click More options.
- Scroll down to the Voice delivery PIN pane and select the Yes radio button.
NOTE: The Voice mail preference toggles to No Message.
