How to configure a Voice Delivery PIN in Everbridge Suite.
A voice delivery PIN is a numeric entry that call recipients must enter when receiving a call from an organization. Enabling a voice delivery PIN for an organization provides a security layer when using voice calling.
To configure a voice delivery PIN, follow the steps below:
Log in to the Manager Portal and select the desired organization from the upper right-hand corner.
Click on the Settings tab at the top of the page.
Click Notifications on the left.
Click Default Options from the sub-menu.
Select the checkbox next to Voice Delivery PIN and create a PIN by entering a four to ten digit number in the text field.
Once the voice delivery PIN in configured, follow the steps below to enable it for a notification:
Click on the Notifications tab at the top of the page.
Click New Notification in the upper right-hand corner.
Create the notification as desired.
Scroll down to Settings and click on the Edit link.
Click More options.
Scroll down to the Voice delivery PIN pane and select the Yes radio button.
NOTE: The Voice mail preference toggles to No Message.
