How to turn on/off confirmation requests sent to contacts for all notifications in Everbridge Suite.

Description:

Confirmation requests sent to contacts can be turned "off" for all notifications in the default settings for the organization.

NOTE: Message senders have the option to turn confirmation requests "on" when sending a new notification.

  1. Log in to the Manager Portal and select the appropriate organization from the drop-down menu in the upper right-hand corner
  2. Select Settings from the top menu bar
  3. Select Notifications from the menu on the left
  4. Select Default Options from the sub-menu.
  5. Next to Confirmation Requested, select the radio button for No.
  6. Click Save.
