How to turn on/off confirmation requests sent to contacts for all Notifications in Everbridge Suite.
Description
Confirmation requests sent to contacts can be turned "off" for all Notifications from the Organization's Default Settings page. However, this setting alone may not be sufficient to remove confirmation requests from all notifications.
NOTE: Message senders have the option to turn confirmation requests "on" when sending a new notification.
Log in to the Manager Portal and select the appropriate Organization from the drop-down menu in the upper right-hand corner.
Navigate to Settings > Notifications > Default Options.
Next to Request Confirmation, ensure the toggle is set to Off
Click Save.
Important: To ensure that automatic acknowledgement messages are completely removed from future notifications, you may need to edit all notification and incident templates individually. In each template, change the 'Request Confirmation' setting to 'No'. This step is necessary even if the organization-wide setting is turned off.
