How to turn on/off confirmation requests sent to contacts for all Notifications in Everbridge Suite.
Description
Confirmation requests sent to contacts can be turned "off" for all Notifications from the Organization's Default Settings page.
NOTE: Message senders have the option to turn confirmation requests "on" when sending a new notification.
- Log in to the Manager Portal and select the appropriate Organization from the drop-down menu in the upper right-hand corner.
- Navigate to Settings > Notifications > Default Options.
- Next to Request Confirmation, select the radio button for No.
- Click Save.
