This article describes how contacts can disable Incident Zone Notifications on the Everbridge Mobile App.

Description

The location settings used for Incident Zones can be modified by contacts using the Everbridge Mobile app by following the steps below:

1. Log in to the Everbridge Mobile app.
2. Tap  in the upper-left corner.
3. Tap Location Settings.
4. Set how the location is used for Incident Zones by toggling the slider for Incident Zones.
