How to customize the Everbridge member portal banner.

Description:

The Everbridge Suite member portal banner can be customized. At any time this customized banner can be replaced with another customized banner, or removed.

The below image is an example of a banner that could be used for an Everbridge member portal. The banner that you eventually create should follow your particular organizational branding. This is an example only.

To upload your customized banner, follow the steps below:

1. Create a banner in jpg, gif, png or bmp format. (Suggested size is 1200px wide by 120px height).
2. Log in to the manager portal and select the desired organization from the upper right-hand corner.
3. Select Settings from the top menu bar.
4. Select Member Portal from the drop-down menu.
5. Select Content from the menu on the left.
6. Select Banner from the sub-menu.
7. Click Choose File.
8. Click Upload to portal.

To remove an existing banner without replacing that banner with a new banner:

1. Log in to the manager portal and select the desired organization from the upper right-hand corner.
2. Select Settings from the top menu bar.
3. Select Member Portal from the drop-down menu.
4. Select Content from the menu on the left.
5. Select Banner from the sub-menu.
6. Click Remove banner, restore default header in the lower right corner.
