How to create a custom report to find contacts that do not have specific delivery methods in Everbridge Suite.


To find contacts who do not have a specific delivery method assigned to their record, follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to the Manager Portal and select your organization
  2. Select the Reports tab.
  3. Select the Create Report button.
  4. From the Report type drop-down menu, select Contacts.
  5. From the Contact Details sub-menu, drag and drop the following into the DATA pane:
    1. Contact First Name
    2. Contact Last Name
    3. Contact External ID
NOTE: Everbridge recommends the Contact External ID always be added to reports since multiple Contact records may have the same first and last names.
  1. From the Contact Details sub-menu, drag and drop Delivery Method into the FILTERS pane.
  2. Set the Condition to does not contain.
  3. Select the desired delivery method from the Value column.
  4. Select Preview Report to generate the report results.
    1. The report results can be exported as a PDF or CSV file by selecting the corresponding icons.
    2. The report parameters can be saved by entering a name for the report in the text field beneath Save this report and then click Save.
