What level of logging exists in Everbridge Suite for user access and usage of system?
Answer:
Actions that generate records in the database are logged. Examples of such actions are:
- logging in and out
- record deletion
- creating custom reports
- sending or scheduling notifications
- adding or deleting a contact to or from a group
Non-intrusive activities are not logged. Examples of such activities are:
- opening a record
- page navigation
- reading a report
